You Are Good Enough

I've been reflecting on how our insecurities can be amplified when we become mothers.

Suddenly, we are not just comparing ourselves as individuals but also as caregivers, and the messaging that we are bombarded with every day is designed to make us feel that no matter what we do, we are never good enough.

Well, I want to remind you that YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH.

Just as you are.

As an individual AND as a mother.

That you don't have to live up to society's (impossibly high) standards of perfection.

That there is, in fact, no such thing as perfect.

Life and motherhood are hard enough without being weighed down by guilt and shame.

So if you do one thing today, let it be to remind yourself that you have a choice: To reject the narrative of perfection and do life and motherhood ON YOUR TERMS.

You've got this Mamas.
