I'm also excited to announce that, after receiving INCREDIBLE feedback for the Flourishing Mothers Mini-Retreat I hosted in Totnes in September with three friends and well-being practitioners, we have secured a venue for our first FULL DAY RETREAT on Sun 3rd December!
The venue will be the beautiful Angel Hall at Bowden House in Totnes, and we will be providing - courtesy of fantastic local baker Sarah Raisbeck - a delicious and nutritious two-course, plant-based lunch.
