The Reframe™ is a 12-week group coaching journey for mothers who want to feel more like themselves again.

Combining Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, and the systemic insight from Challenge Your Guilt, this programme offers a compassionate, evidence-based space for reflection, growth and change - supported by a community of women who truly “get it.”

This is where you:

🌿 My 5-Step Flourishing Framework

My 5-step Flourishing Framework sits at the heart of everything we do across the 12 weeks we spend together:

1. Dissolving Shame Through Awareness and Connection
Understanding guilt and shame as systemic - not personal failings - and using awareness and connection to soften their hold.

2. Identifying What You Need to Feel Good Enough (and Resourced Enough) to Flourish
Exploring your emotional, psychological and practical needs - and what supports must be in place for you to thrive.

3. Defining Your Identity as a Mother in Alignment with Your Values
Reconnecting with who you are, clarifying your values, and designing a motherhood identity that feels grounded and authentic.

4. Building Your Confidence Muscle Through Strengths and Boundaries
Reclaiming confidence by knowing your strengths, setting boundaries, and challenging internalised narratives of inadequacy.

5. Equipping Yourself With the Tools to Move Past Guilt and Flourish
Using evidence-based tools (self-compassion, disputation, gratitude, Best Possible Self, etc.) to support long-term flourishing.

🧠 How the 12-Week Journey Works

 

The programme unfolds slowly and spaciously - giving you time to integrate, reflect and make real change without overwhelm.

  • Weekly live group coaching calls (Zoom)

  • Optional reflections + resources between sessions

  • A calm, confidential community space

Here’s how the journey unfolds:

Weeks 1–2: PAUSE

A soft landing + nervous system grounding

  • Understanding your guilt and why it feels so heavy

  • Honouring emotional exhaustion + overstimulation

  • Making space for yourself without guilt

  • Learning to slow down enough to hear yourself again

Weeks 3–5: PIVOT

Challenging the beliefs that keep you stuck

  • Unpicking perfectionism, comparison and people-pleasing

  • Seeing the cultural and systemic roots of guilt

  • Rewriting the stories you’ve inherited about work and motherhood

  • Replacing self-criticism with curiosity

Weeks 6–7: PERMIT

Self-compassion, boundaries, and releasing impossible standards

  • Internal permission to rest, say no, and meet your needs

  • Challenging the “good mother” myth

  • Releasing guilt about wanting more (and less)

  • Understanding that self-compassion is not indulgent - it’s essential

Weeks 8–10: PLAN

Clarity, direction, boundaries + intention

  • Clarifying your values and what you want for the next season of life

  • Redesigning your time and energy

  • Setting boundaries with confidence

  • Practical tools to create emotional and behavioural change

Weeks 11–12: PRACTICE

Integration, identity + sustainable change

  • Embedding new habits and supportive practices

  • Solidifying confidence + self-trust

  • Integrating your insights into everyday life

  • Preparing for a more grounded chapter of motherhood, work and life
